I'm new to my position and nobody in our company has any experience working in the 1WS portal (the 3 that had experience recently departed.) I'm trying to set up an item for our retailer, but am getting this CIC and have zero idea what to do or how to even do this. Anytime I try contacting support teams, I'm only getting a FAQ doc response that doesn't have anything to do with the issue at hand. Someone please help!!

The CIC you are receiving is informing you to log in to Kroger VIP (Product Introduction) to complete Kroger top-off and hierarchy information so you can finalize your submission.
I recommend reviewing the Kroger Training videos to assist further in your submission process.
