I am having some difficulties submitting the data in the final stage because of the following mistakes, Therefore I would really appreciate your assistance in fixing them. Further, Kindly note that I am unable to saved entered values for the Corporate Avg List Cost and Hierarchy Level Product Type fields.

  • KR1598 At least one dispatch unit is required within the product hierarchy. The dispatch unit must be the only dispatch unit at the product level.
  • KR1224 Hierarchy Level Product Type is required if Kroger Dispatch Unit Initial List Cost is populated. Item (00000716845308)
  • KR1225 Initial Corporate Avg List Cost is required on all consumer units. Item (00000716845308)
  • PI6216 Ordering Unit Indicator (isOrderableUnit) must be Yes (true) for at least one GTIN within a hierarchical configuration.
  • KR5455 Hierarchy Level Product Type is required when Item Submission Reason Code is populated. Item (00000716845308)
  • KR5458 Initial Corporate Average List Cost is required when Item Submission Reason Code is populated and Initial Corporate GTIN is populated. Item (00000716845308)
  • KRDAM16328 One Digital Asset or External File Link with Type of Information = “Product Image”, Image Source = “1WorldSync”, “Syndigo” or “Kwikee”, Image Facing = “Front”, Image Orientation Type Code = “No Plunge Angle” or left blank, and Image Background populated is required. If there is no image because packaging is not final, add an External File Link with Type of Information = “Product Image” and Image Source = “Product Final Packaging Not Available Yet”. For GDSN items, you may need to correct data in the data pool. Item (00000716845308).
  • KR16334 When Kroger Item Submission Reason Code and Temperature Controlled are populated, both Temperature Qualifier Code "Trade Item is in transport to the distribution center" AND "Trade Item is being stored or handled" must be specified along with their corresponding Minimum and Maximum Temperatures.   • PI4000 Validate has not completed successfully.

Hello @MelindaE and thank you for reaching out via the customer community.  If you are entering your items directly in PI, the idea is to add the info, validate, and then correct the validations that let you know of anything else that requires your attention.
