VIP show wrong Case pack quantity after submission

Hello, we are experiencing issue with case pack quantity specifically for assorted items. Currently for 2 of our hierarchies submitted in VIP, we received feedback from buyer, that it is showing wrong case pack quantity as 1. Buyer also mentioned that it is not related only to our items and it can be bigger system issue.  

"You may have to reach out to 1Worldsync as this has been an issue with multiple vendors leading me to think there is something that is different in the set up process."

Can you please check and advise how we should proceed and what needs to be updated from our side.

Hello @MiroslavK thank you for your patience while looking into this. We sent you an e-mail also with the resolution. The case was selected as being  "Dynamic assortment" for the Special Item Code attribute. It looks like this value is the one causing issues with the quantity on the Kroger side. Please withdraw the publication from Item Management and wait for 25 hours before making the update and removing the value Dynamic Assortment. Once the item is updated please publish again the highest level.
