Upload New images - Event Code Obsolete

Hi. I had to upload new images as the previous we rejected because not transparent. How do you re-submit if the event code is obsolete?

If you're receiving an error that the event code is obsolete, you'll need to update the Kroger Event Code, located at the bottom of the Kroger Hierarchy Data page:

navigate to the bottom of the page to edit the Kroger Event Code:

if you're not sure what to select, please reach out to your Kroger Category Manager for guidance.
