Sync Report Error - Recipient Response

CIC999 Log into 1SYNC Product Introduction, add retailer specific attributes
 

How can I fix this error? Its a pub to Kroger.

Hello and thank you for reaching out.  Fortunately, this is not an error message.  You simply need to log into the Pi/VIP portal, top-off the attributes for your GTIN, validate until clear and submit.

 

Sorry as I'm very new to this.. what or where is the Pi/VIP portal?
