Net Weight of Parent Item Error Message

Hello,

I keep receiving an error message in regard to the Parent item Net weight. the parent weight is 24lbs and the each item is 2.4lbs. I am not sure where I need to correct the error. Any assistance is appreciated!

Hello,

I can assist you with this issue so we can get it validated successfully. The Parent GTIN contains 12 individual units inside the case?

We will take the Net Weight of 24lbs and divide it by the number of units inside the case, which would be 2.

We have the following 24 / 12 = 2 and then this hierarchy will validate successfully.
