The IMF means Item Maintenance Form which a Kroger-generated number. The IMF is assigned once you successfully submit the item to your category manager. The IMF appears in the Comments section of your Item, in the Kroger Portal, see below.
When you are on the home screen click Products >> All Products and this will show you all items in your catalog regardless of status. You will choose one and click on one of the GTIN in the hierarchy. The Kroger Hierarchy Screen will appear and then you look to the left for the comments.
