Gluten Free Claim

Good morning,

I'm getting a review message of Pls revise the Gluten Free Claim. Our item is gluten free and it's printed on the package. That is what I have selected in VIP also. Can you please tell me what they are needing?

I see the information is added on the item and I can see it on your product printed on the label. Please reach out to the Kroger Supplier engagement Group and discuss with them 844 277 6165 Option 1.

I apologize, but I can't remember what the resolution was.

I looked back in my emails and can't find anything there, either.

Hello @rogerkw and apologies for the delay.

You would need to modify the information for the GTIN as the value previously selected for the item is no longer a valid option.

Based on the Comment from Product Introduction: Please revise the Gluten Free Claim from "TRUE" which is an obsolete response and replace with either "GLUTEN FREE CLAIM AND NOT PRINTED ON PACKAGE", "GLUTEN FREE CLAIM AND PRINTED ON PACKAGE" or "No".

Once that value is modified to be a valid value, you can resubmit your item to them with the updated information. I've attached the documentation on How to Corner - Submitting an item without Generating an IMF, thanks!
