I am trying to submit division requests for two items in Kroger VIP. However, I keep getting the following error code in reference to the digital assets uploaded: "10010374162003:CIC999:Item Returned for Review:VENDOR TO RESUBMIT|There is an issue with one or more image provided. 00010374162006 (1WS/FRONT/WHITE) Image not found in selected Source Provider. Please verify that the image exists as expected with the proper facing".
I have already corrected the images to the proper orientation that Kroger wants, Facing - Front & Orientation - Left with a white background. I don't understand what is wrong with these images or what I need to do to correct them. No matter what I put for the metadata on the digital assets, the items keep being rejected.

For GTIN 10010374420608, the image looks to be a Top view rather than a Front view, however, the Review does not mention the Image Facing value. The Review message notes 4 images need review, however, there is only 1 image at the Case level and 1 image at the Each level, have you submitted this back to Kroger since the Review? if so, please reach out to Krogers imaging team at digital_item_setup@kroger.com
For GTIN 10010374162003, this Review notes the Image Source at the Case level which you have the correct value of 1WorldSync, I also confirmed the image does exist by copying the url from Uniform Resource Identifier and pasting in a browser, this brings up the image as it should. It's not in the Review but I did notice the File Resolution Description is set to 72x72, Kroger requires 300x300, also the File Colour Scheme Code is set to unspecified, Kroger requires RGB.
Have you submitted this one back to Kroger since the latest Review? If so, again, I would recommend reaching out to Krogers imaging team at digital_item_setup@kroger.com

After making the necessary updates to the image, kindly proceed with resubmitting each GTIN hierarchy.
