I published an each and case pack and then realized I had incorrect GTINs. Am I able to adjust and alter this product? If not how can I delete and start over? I have already assigned the UPC to that product so I can't use a new one.

The GTIN's once added in the portal, they can not be modified. I would recommend cloning the existing incorrect GTIN's to the correct ones, linking and publishing them.
