Circle K - Items Requested are incorrect

We sell products to Circle K and our products are in the 1World Data Pool.  Circle K has requested us to publish 29 items to them, but the items they have requested are incorrect.  They aren't the items we sell to them now.

How do we get this corrected?

Hello and welcome to our online community!

I would recommend speaking with the category manager you work with on this. The category manager would know which items you need to have published. You can choose to delete the publications for the items they do not take/or are incorrect.

The publication deletes will remove those items from Circle K.
