Wakefern CIC Review and Rejected responses

Hi everyone!

I updated three items using Wakefern's Playlist and published them as "New."  

However, I see CIC statuses of "Review" and "Rejected," but it's not explaining what it is that I'm missing. Please, see screen shot below.

Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi Nancy,

Its good to work with you again!! Wakefern works a little differently with Review messages, their Implementation guide answers it well.

The Sync Status report shows us that GTIN 00071072030592 was rejected on 02/07/2023.

I recommend going into Maintain Publications and republishing as new, overriding the rejected CIC.

If you encounter any issues the best thing to do would be to reach out to Wakefern for greater detail.

Thanks so much for the suggestion to republish the items as new...it seems like this worked!

I checked this morning and saw that they all say "Received."
