IM Extract Issue

Hello!

Is anyone else experiencing issues when trying to Extract Data out of the Items Tab? I tried several times to extract only 389 items and instead it pulled over a 1,000 when I have clearly selected all 389 selections.

Hi Julie,

I entered the GTINS I was looking for on the left hand side under Item Id , the search generated my items . I highlighted them all and clicked Select all 389 items . Export Data , changed the Playlist to Basic Item Setup so I only get columns I want and hit Export.  Then I went to Message Center and when the file Generated it was multiple files that included every item under that GLN.

I have tested this and indeed, it's exporting all items no matter what values you enter. I will need to ask more questions internally regarding functionality and the next steps, however, in the meantime you can use the Advanced Search section from Item Management and can search for up to 500 GTIN's in the Item ID field after which you can select and choose to export them:

Hi Julie, I am using the Advanced search and instead of just giving me the 300+ items its populating 4 huge files with 1,000 GTINS each. I only want the small selection.
