Sam's Club IDM Setup for Pack Products

I have products which are setup in accordance with the GS1 GDSN standards as a multi-tier hierarchy such as a Case + Pack + Each.

Sam's Club IDM Support is advising they only want the Case + Pack for Inner Pack products.

Question: What is 1WorldSync guidance on how to resolve the GDSN published Inner Pack products to Sam's Club IDM solution for successful processing?

Additionally, when Sam's Club is advising remove is this expectation done in the GDSN setup or in the Sam's Club IDM system?
