Good afternoon team!
I have been encountering a recurring error message from a number of subscribers on several items.
I am enclosing a screen shot showing this message in regards to Gtin 10071072011307.
I have checked the items to make sure everything was filled out, and it is.

Hi @nancyVigo nice to speak with you again. I have checked the hierarchy for GTIN 10071072011307 and confirmed it is set up correctly in regard to TI HI attributes. This message is an automated message that will stay until the recipient sends another CIC response. Using UNFI as an example it was removed while it still shows on the others as a new CIC was sent by them. This message will not stop the flow of content to the recipient so all should be good with them.

The CIC message will be updated as soon as the trading partner sends a new one. The timing of the update depends on the promptness of their review and the issuance of a new response. Upon reviewing the screenshot you provided, I observed that one of the retailers is Kroger. For that reason, I have included an article below with instructions on how to submit an item in the Product Introduction portal without generating a new IMF, in case you may need it:
