item change not updating to McLane

Hi,

 

I have an LTO item that has already been published to McLane. However, the net content needs to be changed. The change shows as successful on Item Management side but has not generated on McLane's product management side. I have saved and validated again but so far nothing has changed on their end. 

Will I have to unpublish the item?

Good afternoon and thank you for contacting us via our newly launched community platform.  In about 30 mins, 1WolrdSync is sending a message to our customers letting you know of an issue our technology team is working to resolve.  The issue is impacting publications and updates from reaching recipients.  We implemented a fix for this issue this afternoon and expect the backlog of transactions to be resolved tomorrow.  

If you continue to not see your updates for McLane, please let us know and we can have a look at a more granular level.  For your records, below is the message we are sending to our customers regarding this issue.  I am also adding it to the community in the Technology and Release category under Product Support.  You can actually subscribe to that group for any future updates like this and others we make to our customers.

1WorldSync technology teams are actively deploying a fix for delays in publications to data recipients.  We will send out further communication tomorrow once the fix is confirmed. We apologize for any inconvenience as we work to resolve this issue.

Please advise.  Is this still an issue.  I updated the gross weights, validated the items and it resulted in multiple errors plus it did not roll-over in McLane's PI.  Thank you for your help.

Hello, no, this issue is long resolved.  Are you populating all required attributes for McLane in their playlist in IM?  I you are not sure, please check the Item History Report in IM to see if any errors prevented your update from processing.

If your item is published to a trading partner successfully, subsequent updates like a Save will send that update over.  If you are suspicious, you can try republishing via manage publications but be sure to do so as New for Mclane.
