Hi Team,
Have a question which can't answer and the items are in review status for a long time due to it.
Though all the required images are uploaded and named as per the instructions, the
The CIC says:
GTIN:00773479313345 At least one item in the hierarchy must contain the following field(s): Has Required Images.GTIN:00773479313345 At least one item in the hierarchy must contain the following field(s): Has Each Image.GTIN:00773479313345 At least one item in the hierarchy must contain the following field(s): Has Raw Image.GTIN:00773479313345 At least one item in the hierarchy must contain the following field(s): Has Lifestyle Image.
Please could you look into this and advise, is there any error or there are incompliance with the images requirements?

As the issue persists and is most likely related to the uploaded information and not the way the update was submitted to Dot Foods, we can suggest reaching out to GS1 Canada as they are se as your Data Pool and will have full access to your GDSN data. They can be reached at 800 567 7084 and ECCnetSupport@gs1ca.org. Thanks!

According to the Dot Foods Implementation Guide (which can be found on their landing page here: https://1worldsync.com/trading-partners/dot-foods-inc/), any item update should be submitted to the retailer though a Republish as Initial Load:
If issues still persist after this step and if you do have the requested images already added, we can suggest reaching out to GS1 Canada as they are set up as your Data Pool and will have full access to your GDSN data. We can help with their contact details if needed. Thanks!

Will try to re-publish the items which are showing as in Review status due to images "incompliance" will see if that works.
