confirmation of subscriptions

I have received confirmation that our GLNS are active with Global Lindt 7610400555555, can this be confirmed with 1World?  The problem is they are not receiving any of the publications even though I see the publications on my end.  Additionally I need to ensure that out data is not adopted to the Swiss target market but that it is delivered to Lindt Global in our US target market as in. Meaning we do not need to validate into their mandatory and optional attributes for their target market.

Lindt works with SyncWorks as a data pool if that makes a difference, SyncWorks has confirmed our subscriptions are active.

I took a look on our end and see no connectivity issues between us and their external data pool.  I logged into IM under your GLN and searched for any publications to that trading partner in your worklist and see you had a few in May 2022 that had warnings for correction:

Error / Warning status

Error is GL0401: 'tradeItemInformation/extension/*[local-name()='childNutritionInformationModule']/childNutritionLabel[childNutritionQualifier and not(childNutritionLabelStatement or childNutritionProductIdentification or childNutritionLabelDocument or childNutritionQualifier/childNutritionQualifierCode or childNutritionQualifier/childNutritionQualifiedValue or childNutritionQualifier/childNutritionValue]' ist ein ungültiger Token.;
Please note: Subsequent synchronizations will be suppressed until action is taken by the Information Provider to modify or correct the error.

BUt those Child nutritional issues would be under the Swiss mandatory attributes, not our target US one correct?  I will try a couple more publications today ato see if I can send thing through

Hello, credcat7, and Happy Friday.  I am checking in to see if you were able to find the solution to this one we discussed earlier this week.
