Your parent and child direct link quantities should match your parent Item Total Count of All Products (totalQuantityOfNextLowerTradeItem)

I have no link. Just case item. No need for Hierarchy. Please advise fix for error

Hello @JM17 and welcome to the Community. In the instance that there is only 1 level of a product being sent to the recipient, the Total Count of All Products would be set to 1.
