Hi - is there a way to get an XML export of an item record? Or is the only option the excel format?

Thanks!

Hello.  It is good to hear from you again.  Thanks for reaching out.  You can go to your IM Worklist, search for the GTIN in question, locate the transaction you want by date and time (up to 90 days), click the black arrow to see details for the transaction, and click the green link "View XML."

We are being asked to export a number if items in the same format but it has been more than 90 days.  Is it possible to get them back into the IM Worklist to export?

Hello @accusharp and welcome to the customer community,  Thanks for reaching out.  If you just need to export items, you do not have to use the worklist and are not limited by the 90 days.  If you need to export using the exact scenario above, the worklist cannot be extended to show more than 90 days of transactions.

You could perform an ghost modify on an item (change Effective Date to today) so a transaction would occur that shows in your worklist today (for 90 days) but any XML associated with that would be for the ghost modify.
