Good Morning,
I'm currently working with GS1 Canada. I am extremely confused on where I need to go to update information for them. I know 1WS can publish to GS1 Canada but they are saying I need to update through Prosync and summit a request for image capture. Is this accurate?

For content that can be updated through Item Management or GDSN, our systems are designed to communicate with GS1 Canada and update your product information. GS1 Canada does have a service called ECCnet Image & Validation Services (more details here, please: GS1 Canada Fees for 1WorldSync Suppliers) through which they provide additional resources for your items.
