I requested help to set up the FTP file in Channel online, I received and email stating that ther was an issue withe the supplier price file of TD Synnex. Let me know how to fix the issue. Please email me back at jhelms@lumbeegroup.com. Let me know if I need to request another updated FTP from TD Synnex.
