Updating an item link quantity

I have an item where we are changing the pack size from 104 to 72.  The item is currently published to a customer but they have not accepted the publication yet.  What is the correct way to update the quantity in the item link for this item?

Good morning and thank you for reaching out to us via your community platform.  Per GS1 standards, this change is more than 20% so you really should create a new case GTIN.  If you choose not to, you can withdraw this publication via Manage Publications in IM, wait the full 25 hours for the delete to process, make your changes and publish again.  Please let me know if you have other questions.
