I don't want any updates to pass to Kroger until I am completely done updating. Is there a way to lock up the item, do the updates at all three levels: EA, CS & Pallet and then unlock and have Kroger's PI updated.
I'm doing something wrong. the data passes to Kroger's PI before I have completed my updates.

Hello @candice and thank you for reaching out. If your item is successfully published to a trading partner, even ones using PI, as you update and Save, IM sends the update to them. You could make all your updates at once and then save them. If you need more time to make them, the best idea would be to withdraw your publication to Kroger, make all of your updates and then publish again.

There is a "Resend" option (right hand, upper corner) within the item. Not sure what would happen with a resend, but can I just select that option instead of withdrawing the publication and re-publishing??

If you are wanting to make changes before sending updates to them, the withdrawal of the publication is best practice. If the item is successfully published, every time you make an update and Save, you will send them any updates you made.

I have made corrections to the digital images and I have changed the access on on the shared field to exclude images from KRoger but they are still showing in Kroger's VIP. I tried to update late last night and early this morning. None of those changes/updates have flowed through to Kroger's VIP. The date and time recorded with Kroger VIP was yesterday - midday. It put my item back into Supplier status but none of the updates have flown through. How long does it take for updates to go from IM to VIP?

Updates from IM to VIP take 15-30 minutes usually. If you are not seeing updates, check your worklist or Item History Report to see if there are any errors that are preventing your update from creating a CIN message.

The worklist states that the updates have all been completed. There were no errors. The Item History Report shows nothing for the two items I have been working with. When I enter the item number into the Item History report, it just spins. I have fabulous internet. I am going to remove the images that Kroger does not want and see if they come off the item in VIP,. They need these item images today. thank you so much for you time. I
