Good Morning,
We had a pack size change on one of our items. After digging in on how to update this item, I tried going through manage publications, but when I pull up the list, this item is not included. Actually most of my items are not showing on this list. And there is a filter showing "discontinued". Can you advise on how I would accomplish updating a pack size for an existing item that has been published?

The first thing we need to determine is if the change warrants a new GTIN. I recommend taking a look at this discussion as the rules apply regardless of the recipient.

Can you share the GTIN you are working on and which recipient are you updating the hierarchy for?

Thank you. The GTIN is 1018644300009 and the recipient is Schnucks Markets.

I ran through the GS1 US Decision support tool and I recommend you take a look here. I know you might need to form a new GTIN which will actually be easier than updating the existing.
