Updating a product

Hi, I began our firts "item managment" product yesterday. And today, when I come back to the product, I don't see the "save, validate" menu. I want to add informations for that product. How I do that? Thanks!

I logout and come back and the menu is there. šŸ™‚

Hello,

I have been updating the errors in item management according to the GTIN, however there were some products that had been removed from the Synchronization Errors, and they were already resolved.About two days later they returned, and I have reviewed the information and it seems to be fine. Can you help me check why this situation happened?

Different retailers may have slightly different item update requirements. Can you please help us with the retailer(s) and the Item(s) ID(s)/ GTIN(s) this has happened for so that we may take a look and assist further?
