Good morning,
We received a communication from Tony Crumpton, CMO of The United Family stating that their new website and app launching in Spring 2026 will source product images and information exclusively from Syndigo or Salsify, with additional attribution through Label Insights.
Currently, all of our products are listed in 1WorldSync, and I’m trying to understand what steps (if any) are required for companies like ours to ensure product data remains available on the new Albertsons/United Family platforms.
Questions:
Any guidance or experiences from others who have navigated similar transitions would be greatly appreciated!

Hello @AllicinChains49 . Could you provide us with examples of any items that are live on albertsons.com? Could you share GTINs?

The website will not go live until Spring 2026, so I can only give examples of items listed in 1WorldSync.
The mailer is instructing us to make sure our data is active in Syndigo. With the acquisition of 1WorldSync, do I need to make this change or will Syndigo manage this process?

Kelli was able to help determine that we have a separate agreement with Syndigo, which should cover the changes needed for Unifi.
