All,
None of us are able to access our target market catalogs in 1WS pre-prod - we are experiencing an authorization error. I checked User Admin & that still shows our access is valid. Please can you share an ETA?
I can log into IM, I just cannot navigate/open a target mkt catalog - both CA & US fail with same access authorization error.

this issue got resolved for us late Tuesday night, per a teammate checking access. I also verified that I can login OK so this issue has been resolved.
thank you for your support - if you could please share Root Cause Analysis on this issue, it would be good to know.

Thank you, @LeslieH . We are looking into this. Can you confirm that you experience this issue when you log into one GLN successfully but when you try going to another that you have UMA cascaded access to the error occurs?

Right, I log in successfully to our corporate GLN & then navigate by dropdown to specific Target Market GLN & I get this screen:

I cannot select any TM to navigate to.

thanks very much ! Production IM is working fine - I can log into corporate GLN & then navigate successfully to any GLN.

Thank you, @LeslieH . We are seeing this across other users who have cascaded access in UMA to child GLNs. Our tech teams are working on this and as soon as we have any further updates I will let you know.
