I am trying to publish to USDA FNS. It is giving me an error and telling me i am missing this FNS Material Number which I see is required. I cannot for the life of me find it. Anyone know where this is?

NVM solved my own problem.

If you add the FNS Food Distribution playlist, then click validate. It shall lead you to the magical location that appears. 🙂

I did as you suggested. Adding FNS Food Distribution to the playlist did not help. When I try to publish, it still gives me the error message that I need to add the FNS Material Number. Any other software that I have used like this takes you to the problem location. Any other suggestions on how to find where I can add this number?

Hello @KerryFogarty and welcome to the Community. Once the FNS Food Distribution Playlist is added to the item you would need to Validate the item. If the FNS Material Number is missing this will give you an error message. In this message, there would be an orange link to click on to take you to that section in Item Management.

The item validates successfully with no error message. It does give me an error message when I try to publish it to the USDA. However, there is no link to go and add the number. I get a red rectangle that says "FNS Material Number is required". But the field to input this number does not appear anywhere.

Hello,
Typically if the item has an error suppressing the synchronization when attempting to publish the error messages will appear in a box on the left hand side of the screen and clicking those errors it will display the attribute directly. However, if you are unable to locate these boxes please simply search the attribute name directly under "Item Attribute Sets" and when clicking the attribute it will reveal it within the item.
Thanks
