Timing for publication status = Delete_Pending to become fully deleted

I have >30K GTINs publication status = Delete_Pending in IM. How long does it take to delete? Is there a way to expedite the process?

Deleted publications will stay in a "Delete_Pending" status for 24 hours. There is no way to expedite this status, unfortunately.

Then why would there be some dated back to November 2025? or is this the first publication date for the GTIN?

Hi @c2b30,

The Publication Date column represents the date of the last Publish transaction. The WORKLIST or the REPORTS > Item History report can be used to check when the Publication Delete transaction was added.
