Are you contacting us for Thrifty Payless Inc., please? If this is correct, then the publication for GTIN 00850080497326 as an example has failed with the below error message to Certified Items:

The screenshot is from the Worklist, as it is one of the most useful tools in Item Management to troubleshoot item or publication issues.

 Once the error is fixed, please Publish the item to Certified Items to receive the IMF as needed by Kroger. To receive an IMF, the Submission Reason Code also needs to be populated to receive an IMF for any publication, or left blank if you just intend to update item data and are not requiring a new IMF for an item.
