System slowness

Anyone else continuing to experience slowness within IM? It is taking forever to process queries and status resets. This has been an on-going issue for us for 2 weeks now with only minor improvement on some days. Do we know what the root cause(s) is/are and is 1WS actively pursuing a fix? What is an ETA to get this resolved? Thank you!

Hello and thank you for reaching out.  We performed a fix a couple of nights ago to resolve the slowness that started last week.  Can you tell me which specific actions that are causing delays for you?

Simple searches, manage confirmations (this is the worst), query in sync status report - all processing very slowly. I also do not have access to the link you provided. when I click on the link, I receive this error message - "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action. Click your browser's Back button to continue. Return to my original page". What is the message that you posted?

Can you try the link again?  As a recipient user I setup your access to that area so you can see updates in the Product Support Area.  You can also subscribe to the Technology & Release Updates area to see when we post any incidents or release updates
