Hello. We are experiencing a large backlog of transactions for FUSE, AS2, and the IM GUI. We apologize for any delays you encounter as our systems work to catch up on this large transaction backlog.
The delays are continuing again today. What is the root cause and what can be done to correct this? This continues to occur on simple searches, confirmation management, and queries within the sync status report. Thank you
Hello and thank you for reaching out. Our systems are processing a large backlog of transactions per the update I have this morning. As a workaround for simple searches, can you please use the Advanced Search until this is resolved on our end? That should expedite the results for you/.
I'll try that but what about the manage confirmations?
Hello. I took a look and discussed with our engineering the issues you are reporting. One of our Advanced Specialists is going to call you today so we can see what you are encountering, help where we can, and escalate anything unusual.
I am on a a rush publication to McLane and Wal-Mart. I am tracking the subscription schedule for both to see when my recent publications will show received but its been over an hour and neither subscriber is updating CIC status.. is this related to the backlog?
Cathy,
The backlog will slow down publications being processed and by extension the responses as well. The backlog is currently still going, but it is not as significant as it was earlier today. We appreciate your patience while our system continues to catch up.
@jcharles @CommunityJedi22 Any insight? we are on hour two with no updates in IM that publications are received
SOrry didn't see your comment there 🙂
DO you recommend I try to republish these or will that cause issues? I need these to flow through ASAP
No, that will throw them at the back of the backlog. Unfortunately the best you can do is wait it out.
do we have an ETA to provide our customers?
Cathie,
No, unfortunately it is affected by different factors and we really have no way of showing where your publications are in the mix.
Apologies for the continued delays with our publications today.
