Sysco (and others) Error Message - Number of Layers and Units

Good morning team!

I am encountering the following error message:

2802 WARNING: On the highest hierarchy level both Number of Layers per non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Hi (nonGTINPalletHi) and Number of Units per Layer in a non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Ti (nonGTINPalletTi) must be populated.

I checked my item and it seems like all the information is correct (as seen in attached screen shot).

You're help in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated!

Hi @nancyVigo, thanks for continuing the use of the community. After reviewing the provided hierarchy, I've noticed that GTIN 10071072013035 is marked as a product type CA and is currently linked to GTIN 00071072013038 which is also marked as a product type CA. Due to that, the CIC messages from the sync status report are requesting for you to add the Ti/HI.

Please update the lowest level to an Each as generally a CA - CA hierarchy is not accepted by trading partners; or update the links if this is not the intended hierarchy. Thank you and please let me know if further help is needed.
