Good afternoon team!
We just participated in the Syndigo / 1WS webinar talking about the merger and what to expect.
We do have a few follow up questions:
- Will there be a glossary of all acronyms explained such as MDM, PDP, etc.?
- Will we be able to watch / demo the future timeline of entering and updating an item from beginning to end in the Syndigo website? What would the end result look like?
- Will ratings be hand-picked or random?
- How will be able to access and answer reviews when necessary (negative review, confusion about item, etc.)?

Question #3:
Rating & Reviews are not handpicked. In order to adhere to authenticity standards, reviews are collected and moderated for appropriateness and relevance, but not for rating score. Reviews that end up being displayed include all reviews (positive and negative) that pass the appropriateness and relevance checks by PowerReviews by Syndigo moderation.
Question #4:
All reviews submitted by your customers are available to view and respond to via the PowerReviews by Syndigo portal. The PowerReviews by Syndigo moderation process flags reviews that may need some extra attention (e.g., customer service issue, safety concern, low-rated). These reviews are filtered into “channels” that you and your team can set up alerts for so that you can be reminded to engage with the reviews that matter most.
