Subscription Contains a red icon - Why?

What does the red icon below mean? Teleflex GLN 0801902000019 is trying to publish their GTINs to BYRD - Migration VAL 4260590815644. We receive a successful publication transaction in DSD, but 1WS IM displays the following and we don't know why. What does TFX need to do to get a successful Subscription for Migration VAL 4260590815644?

Hello @c2b30 and welcome back. The name would not have an impact, the GLN being correct is the important part. The recipient would need to work with their data pool and GS1 on the subscription, as we are not seeing it on our side for the Pre-Production environment.

I am following up on our update from earlier.  Were you able to complete this on your end?

Hello @c2b30 and thank you for continuing the use of our customer community. Welcome back.

A subscription needs to be set up by the recipient through GDSN, please, in order for them to receive your publications. You can therefore contact the intended recipient and they will need to set up the subscription for your GLN in order for your items to show up for them. Thanks.

I'm attaching the CIS from recipient GLN 4260590815644 to Teleflex VAL 0801902000019. A subscription was requested on 8/29 and another one today. Both have GS1 response = Success. Can you please confirm if 1WS received any of these CIS?

Hello @c2b30 and thank you for utilising our customer community.

Was the subscription requested for this GLN 0801902000019 or this one 0801902000002?

I do not see an active subscription for Item Management for 0801902000019 but 0801902000002 has one and they have a subscription from Teleflex migration 4260590815644.

Can you confirm that 0801902000019 is the right GLN that Teleflex Migration should subscribe to?

The item you mentioned in the screenshot seems to belong to 0801902000002.

Thank you and have a great day.

Here is the breakdown...

4260590815644 - Teleflex migration VAL should be a data recipient of UDI data from Teleflex Pre-PRD VAL 0801902000019 (this is our test environment and data source). For instance, Teleflex Pre-PRD VAL 0801902000019 should be able to publish test data to 4260590815644 - Teleflex migration VAL

4260590815644 - Teleflex migration should be a recipient of UDI data from Teleflex Inc. 0801902000002 (this is our production environment and data source) For instance, Teleflex Inc. 0801902000002 should be able to publish production data to 4260590815644 - Teleflex migration

Can the party name associated with the GLN cause issues.

4260590815644 - Teleflex migration vs. 4260590815644 - BAYARD GMBH - MIGRATING

Are there any updates to this as this is holding up our UAT testing in our DSD system and has been a problem for over a week.

Did you see my original message with the images that show their subscription and CIS messaging. Can you please explain why the recipient would have received the CIS message but it now sure properly in 1WS IM?

FYI - it's working as expected in the Production Environment, but NOT the Validation testing environment. Can't we duplicate what is working in the production environment and do the same thing in the validation/testing environment?
