Slow Processing 04/20/2022

Is there any backlog or other issues that would impact processing in IM?  I requested a download and also uploaded a file over an hour ago - no response.

Hello and welcome back.  There is really not a backlog but there is a list of large extracts and uploads that are processing in the queue.  We apologize for the inconvenience and expect it should resolve soon.  We do see a lot of traffic occurring right now but so far, it has not really created a large backlog.

OK, thanks for the response.  I will try to be patient.

And now I stand corrected.  We do have a backlog for FUSE after an update I just received.  Will post officially in the community as well.
