Setting up a Subscription

I have been trying to publish my items to Kroger and my items are not going to Kroger for review.  It says that they need to be subscribed to receive my data.  When I try and subscribe them I get the error 2712 : Subscriptions cannot be setup until the Synchronization Schedule is setup. Please contact Customer Support for assistance.  Please help

A subscription needs to be set up by the retailer or the party that receives the data, please. This is not something you need to worry about or create yourselves.

For a subscription from the Kroger Syndigo GLN, please reach out to your Syndigo Onboarding agent for further assistance. For The Kroger Company and the Kroger API GLNs, susbcriptions are already set up and items can be published once created and once they meet the retailer's requirements.
