Republishing Items After Being Withdrawn - New or Initial Load?

nancyVigo

Good morning team!

I recently withdrew publications from a number of items since I had to unlink eaches from inactive items attached to both the correct Gtins and inactive ones.

Please, see attached screen shot of one of them showing how they were originally published.  Do I need to republish the items as the original publication type or all as "initial load?"

Thanks in advance!

Hello @nancyVigo, thank you for continuing the use of the customer community. Its great chatting wtih you again.

You can skip the 1WorldSync Content1 publication as that is usually automated. Also, for Kroger, if your company is still using Product Introduction/ VIP, you can then publish to The Kroger Company GLN 0011110000019. Otherwise, the GLNs for the new process are 0838016000123 for the Kroger API Certification Queue and 0838016000116 for the Certified Items for Kroger API.

Most retailers will need Initial Load publications once an item is synchronised with them. One exception is McLane, as they only accept New publications or republications.

We are here if anything else is needed, please. Thank you.

@Val, good morning!  As always, thank you for the valuable information.

The withdrawn items for Kroger were originally published to their old GLN.  So, I guess I can republish them again to that one.

Have a great day! 🙂
