Rejected items

Good afternoon,

I already posted about a rejected item to the discussion board for Albertsons, but I also have an item showing up as rejected for Target.

I have reached out to our broker, but they don't know why it's showing up as rejected.

Can you please tell me who to reach out to so I can find out why this item is rejected?

Hello @A_Flower I do not have a copy of the Target Implementation Guide.  As their trading partner, did they share one with you?  Does it give an explanation of CICs and who to contact for questions?  You can override a Rejected CIC with a republish via Manage Publications.
