What does the red link by my GTIN mean?

Hello @Caroline_Lahn and thank you for utilizing the 1WS community platform.  Yes, the red link is a newer functionality which means the item is not linked to a hierarchy (yet).

What if the item does not link to a hierarchy at all? The case is the selling unit, period. Help!

Hello @sofialuis if your item does not have any links it is not an issue, that is just how your hierarchy is set up. For example, bulk items are regularly sold as Cases only with no links.

The icon being red does not mean that you are required to have links, it means that you currently have nothing linked to it. Hope this helped.
