After corrections/updates have been made, why isn't the item being removed? I have items from 2017 still out there that have been resolved.

The recipient responses are still visible, but you can filter those out. The responses are records that you might need to use for metrics of many different ways. 1Worldsync wants to provide information you might need in the future.

Isn't there a way to archive them once complete and validated? We are diligent on clearing issues, and it is time consuming to re-verify that we have already completed the request

Annette,
I am not sure if this is a possibility, but I would be happy to investigate that for you. We wanted to archive cleared products, so the review message is removed once the synchronized message comes back from your recipient?

Yes, we'd like to reflect any new issues that have not been resolved

I will need to do some research on how we might accomplish this. May we generate a help ticket with the service desk?

Areule,
Before I escalate to our team, I have some additional information to share with you that might be a resolution to your issue.
Quick Sheet for Content Readiness - Item Managemen... - 1WorldSync Customer Community
We have documentation available that explains how to use and manipulate the Content Readiness Dashboard.
Please have a look and let me know if this helps.

Hi jcharles, I share Areule's exact question. If an item in Recipient Request Review has been updated as needed, but continues to appear in the Actionable Items, it's hard for Actionable Items to be useful. I'd really like it to serve as a dashboard that can be cleared. Can you share with me what solution was found for Areule's question?

Hello,@hollyorr, and thank you for reaching out to our customer community. Welcome!
The Recipient Requests Review queue was designed to retrieve a count of all publications that have a Last CIC State of REVIEW.
Suppose the GTIN you fixed is still showing up under this queue more than 24 hours after the errors have been cleared. In that case, it's possible the Recipient has not sent back a new CIC (such as RECEIVED or SYNCHRONIZED) to clear the old REVIEW message in our report, in which case the GTIN would continue to appear under Actionable items.
It is not mandatory for a Recipient to send back a CIC of RECEIVED/SYNCHRONIZED, hence there can be items that will show a CIC state of REVIEW after the errors have been cleared.
I have generated a help ticket with the Service Desk for your question and the team will follow up with you as soon as possible.
Thank you
