Random item

I just noticed the below item that just randomly appeared, but when I try to look up the work history there isn't anything there.

This is not our item number, nor do I know where it came from.

Can you please help?

Hello! I apologize for the delay in responding to you. I have reviewed the item and it does show on our end it was created as a "Draft" item within Item Management. Since no information was saved or modifications have been made to this item, unfortunately, it does not show us which user created it. However, if you'd like the GTIN removed form your company's Item Management we can then create a ticket for a GTIN Purge.
