Hello,
I have been trying to publish on Amazon, and according to a training video, it stated that I need to publish the highest hierarchy (for us, this would be "Case").
Is this correct?
I have attempted to publish both "Each" and "Case," but I'm unsure if this is the right approach.
Additionally, could you please look into the GTINs?
10737870240317
00737870240310
These were previously set up for Kroger (I didn’t set this up), and I published them to Amazon as a test, but I encountered an error when trying to publish the "EA."
Please let us know what needs to be fixed.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello @LE, welcome to the customer community. Thanks for reaching out.
When submitting information to any retailer, you will most of the times be adding details for the item sold in the stores to the customers (a consumer unit, the "Each") and a logistical unit that is used to dispatch the consumer units to the retailer (most of the times a Case, but it can also be a Display or Pallet). When publishing the information, publishing the highest level is sufficient, because, as long as the items are already linked, they will flow through together to your recipient. In this instance, the publication for GTIN 10737870240317 was successful:
The Each error you encountered is normal ("Ordering Unit Indicator (isOrderableUnit) must be true for at least one GTIN within a hierarchical configuration.") because the Each is usually not the Orderable Unit, meaning the retailer usually orders items by the Case/Display/Pallet instead.
We are here for in in case there is anything else we may assist with, please. Thank you and Happy Friday!
