Publishing Doesn't seem to be working

Hi,

I am trying to publish a GTIN:  10042222260753.

I tried back in February and it did not work than, although I wonder if that was because the customer had not subscribed to our GLN.  

I tried again this morning and I don't see any CIC errors or any errors on the item.  In the worklist it shows Publication Add but no customer.  Maybe I have the wrong GLN?  Customer is Ahold.

Help!  What am I missing?  Thanks!

Hello and thanks for reaching out to the Community. To see the customer in the Work List you can click on the black triangle and it will expand showing more detail, such as the Published to GLN. Looking at the Sync Status Report, under Reports, I see that this was successfully sent to Ahold back in February. We would not be able to answer if this is the GLN is expecting the publication to we would not be able to answer, as they have multiple GLNs, it would be best to reach out directly to Ahold to answer that question.
