Hi Could you please check why published GTIN 10011110149173 is not showing in PI of Kroger?

Hello @niteishk, thanks for continuing the use of the community.
I can confirm the hierarchy is not showing up in Product Introduction yet.
Here is a screenshot from the Worklist with the most recent actions for the item:
Because the Withdrawal and Publish actions were very close in time to each other, they were not both processed as intended. There is currently a Publication Withdraw/Delete pending for the item:
Kroger's subscription runs evevery 15 minutes, therefore we recommend you wait at least 15 minutes before taking two different types of action (in this case Withdraw and Publish) so that both actions may run as needed.
To override the Pending Synchonization message above, please Republish your hierarchy to Kroger as New from Publications - Manage Publications to resync it with Kroger. You can also find this article for more details about when and why to Republish Republishing in Item Management and you can also Republish through the Load Sheet (FUSE), if this is your preferred method of data update for Item Management.

Hi @Val_P Actually after publishing i received email that that it wasn't showing in PI so i deleted and published again but it didn't help. I republished it again but still its not showing.
CIC status doesn't show any comment like received as it is showing for 1Worldsync content 1, could it be the reason?

Hi @niteishk, thank you for your swift reply and for the additional details provided.
I can see that in the meantime you Republished the Case and this updated the Status as intended:
I can also see the hierarchy is now in Product Introduction:
I believe the first publication may only have needed a bit more time and it should have passed through to Product Introduction as well. Then, without the Republish, it would have been stuck in Pending Delete as per the second screenshot in my post above.
It should be all fixed now, so you and / or your colleagues can work in Product Introduction as needed.
