Publication is unrecoginized by recipient

Hello - Trying to publish 5 initial load items to Merchants Foodservice GLN1100001016556. A sync status report indicates that publications are not recognized by Merchants Foodservice. The Pub-Sub mismatch is clear. A publications report is attached. The subscription is in place. Are the publications are not going through to Merchants Foodservice? Any guidance is appreciated, thanks!

Michael,

You have already been communicating with GTIN Merchant Services for this GTIN. I noticed when you published you just used a normal publication. We should just be able to make changes and then just save the changes.

We would need to do a REpublish to send it back over. We have already published to them in the past and we will need a REpublish, a normal publish will not go over.

We would click on Publications >> Manage Publications >> Enter GTIN number and Search >> Click the Box and Choose Republish at the top.
