Pending Synchronization

We are setting up all of our products and all of them continue to show Pending Synchronization.  How do we get these items to go through to our recipient?

Thank you, that is the answer I expected you to give after looking into this issue.  We are opening a ticket with your former data pool to ask them to update the configuration on their end to allow your publications to flow from us as your data pool to the recipient on theirs.  This can happen sometimes when a supplier moves so we are working with them asking them to update on their end.  Can I assume you are not seeing this when you publish to any trading partners not using that data pool?

We are only publishing to this particular trading partner so we don't have experience otherwise.

Thank you for the update.  We opened the ticket with them yesterday asking them to make the needed updates on their end and will let you know as soon as they get back to us.

So am I understanding correctly that our recipient is using Syndigo so we need them to allow data to flow from 1World Sync to them?  Do we have any idea what kind of timeline we're looking at?

Hello, the issue we found is when you were offboarded previously, that was not fully completed.  What's happening is when you send it to them, they see your GLN still as part of them and not us so it is saying your GLN is not registered when it actually is.  We confirmed all the way to the Global Registry.  We are asking them to complete that process so you no longer encounter that error.  We have seen this before from other customers who were offboarded and just asked them to make the same update.

Ok, makes sense.  Quick question, our recipient has been able to view the items we've published (although it's still failing to synchronize).  I was made aware last night that they sent through requests for additional information that I can't see.  They sent the screenshot below but I can't find those fields under item management.  Is it titled different on our end?  Will I be able to see those requests once we are able to successfully synchronize?

@ManSpecFoods our ticket was just resolved by the other data pool.  Can you try sending to your trading partner again via republish in Manage Publications and let us know I you encounter that error?

Regarding your most recent follow up question, yes, they can send you a CIC response that let's you know anything else they need from you but first we need that successful publication we have been working on for you.
