Pallet TI HI

I am getting the error that I need TI HI on a pallet item.  The item is a pallet.  Therefore the pallet TI HI should go on the line:

Number of Items in a Complete Layer/GTIN Pallet Ti

Correct?  It is not letting me...what am I missing?   See attached image for errors.

Good afternoon and thank you for reaching out.  It's good to talk (chat) with you again.  I looked at your GTIN hierarchy for the GTIN in your screen capture.  I see, at the pallet GTIN level, you have both the pallet and non-pallet GTIN Ti/Hi attributes populated.  Since this is an actual pallet configuration, you really only need the pallet GTIN versions.

I validated at the Pallet level and it validated for me.  Did you make any other changes as I am not seeing the errors you are showing...

I saw that because of a review we received back from GFS telling us to populate the TI HI.  Tried to delete the nonGTIN pallet TI and HI and that is when i am getting the errors.

as soon as I delete it, it turns red and tells me it is mandatory.

UGH!  NEVERMIND it is that annoying ALL thing that you can't hardly tell is highlighted.  You have to delete that too.  Grrrr..

HaHa, I was looking at it for ya and just saw your note 🙂

Drives me nuts when I miss something like that...I swear I try everything TWICE before posting on here.  Y'all need to make that ALL stand out a little more.   OR have a message that says HEY DUMMY....look at the other half of that attribute.....
