Hi!
I've researched other IM questions and responses and haven't found what I'm looking for.
Attribute Packaging Level Error
I've tried OTHER, Primary and one other from a list I found in the history and none worked.
GTIN 00035200268882
Thanks,

Good morning,
Can I please get clarification on this attribute?
I've hovered over the attribute and see the definition, but not clear what it means.
Is the case the primary (1), and the unit secondary (2)?
The definition does not state to use a number, which is another reason why it's confusing.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Good morning @A_Flower, it’s good chatting with you again.
Here is the definitions from our IM Participant Dictionary:
Identifies the hierarchical level of the packaging element, i.e. primary, secondary or tertiary. For example: a bottle in a cardboard box displayed on a shelf. The primary hierarchical level is the bottle (plastic or glass), the secondary level would be the box (cardboard), and the tertiary level would be the film around the pallet.
This attribute therefore only applies to items that have multiple packaging for the same hierarchy level, for example the consumer unit has multiple layers of packaging. The Packaging Level Type Code attribute along with the Packaging Level need to only be added in such cases, please. If a single hierarchy level has one type of packaging only, the Packaging Type Code attribute should be used instead, please.
I hope this helps. Thanks.
